Advertising Service Rate Schedule & Terms of Use ("ASRSTU") Figures and statistics based on an average of website activity incurred over the last four months.  Page views, visitor counts, time spent on specific pages, search engine referrals, most popular entry/exit pages, statistics and additional information gathered by CrsytalTech.com, an independent third-party service provider. For detailed summaries of last month's website activity please send an email request to armenco@msn.com. A summary or link to the URL containing the summary will be forwarded with which you may view detailed charts, graphs, and related figures and statistics. Please note: Top twenty search engine ranking and position noted as of January 1, 2005; ranking and page numbers may change from day to day, but our site ranking has remained consistently within the aforementioned top twenty since we went live and online in 1998. All search engine, directory and third-party names and trademarks are owned by the respective registrants and used with permission; no claim is made to partnership or ownership in whole or in part. Names and trademarks are mentioned solely for reference purposes.

Payment is due in full prior to upload of any text or images onto the CateringTruck.com site. Six-month period commences from date of upload of client's advertisement in its entirety as deemed complete by CateringTruck.com and/or its authorized agent(s). Commencement date is not subject to date of any subsequent revision unless revision is due to gross negligence, omission, in whole or in part, or error by CateringTruck.com and/or its agent(s); such exception shall be at the sole discretion of CateringTruck.com and/or its authorized agent(s). A total of one revision or update is allowed during the six month period above and beyond any initial revisions related to corrections in text, images, links, etc. and/or editing necessary for completion of the advertisement listing and upload.  Additional revisions and update requests following final customer-approved listing will be considered at the sole discretion of CateringTruck.com and/or its agent(s) and may be denied if deemed unreasonable, again at CateringTruck.com's sole discretion. CateringTruck.com assumes no liability for damages arising directly or indirectly out of use of this service, including but not limited to error in transmission, server downtime, or inability to access website by client or third parties. Due to the dynamic nature of the internet, no guarantees are made that www.cateringtruck.com and/or any of its linked pages will be ranked within the top twenty results for a given search term on a given day or for a specified period of time.  CateringTruck.com makes no claims nor warrants fitness for a specific purpose any products or services advertised by third parties. No guarantees are made that a sale or transaction will be conducted by client or any other party as a result of advertising purchased and posted on CateringTruck.com, whether direct or indirect. This service is provided as-is. Other restrictions may apply; however some states disallow certain restrictions and limitations and you may have additional rights available to you.

Regular non-promotional advertising rate schedule as of August 1, 2005:  $50.00 per month with minimum six (6) month subscription period and one-time setup fee of $50.00, totaling $350.00 for initial six-month listing and renewable in minimal increments of six months thereafter, payable in advance prior to expiration of initial advertising period. Listing renewal payments received after the expiration date of the initial advertising period will incur a setup fee of $50.00; otherwise, the setup fee is waived for subsequent listing renewals when payment is made in a timely manner.  The promotional rate is as follows:  $25.00 per month with a minimum six (6) month subscription period and waiver of $50.00 setup fee, totaling $150.00.  Promotional rate schedule shall be in effect January 1, 2005 12:01AM Pacific Standard Time through July 31, 2005 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time.  Any and all advertising services procured prior to the promotional rate's date of expiration  shall remain in effect at the original promotional rate for the duration of the contract and through the end of the six month subscription period despite expiration of promotional rate schedule quoted herein.  Subsequent renewals shall be subject to the rate schedule in effect at the time of renewal, promotional or non-promotional, as may apply.  Advertising rate schedule and terms and conditions may change from time to time; Armenco will notify, in writing, all customers who have procured listings still in effect at the time of the change via the contact information provided by them at the time advertising services were secured.   This "ASRSTU" will also be updated to reflect any and all changes and/or modifications to the same.  If any part of this "ASRSTU" is deemed unlawful, unbinding or inapplicable, all other terms set forth within this "ASRSTU" shall remain in full force and effect and binding as governed by the State of California.
